Over the past few years, the Waveney Ramblers Committee and walk leaders have revised most of the published books, which were sold to members, or the general public. The sales brought in quite a useful revenue. With the march of technology, much of this information has been moving on-line.
We have moved most of the hard-copy walks onto this website. The only omissions are walks that no longer appeal. Perhaps the road has become too busy or the riverside banks have washed away. Our thanks go to the entire team who produced the original guides, their updaters and to Mary Shaheen who co-ordinated sales and printing.
This project was completed in August 2018. Please mail Neil if you find any errors or changes that need to be made. The Beccles Southern Relief Road and Earsham Bridge come to mind. We have new guide books for Bungay and Harleston. As it's fairly easy to add new walks, expect to see the guides expanding. Map images should be 840 x 1188 pixels to fit A4 pages.
